CHAT- Church Health Assessment
We like this tool because it is so easy to use and it's the only church survey on the market that takes a holistic approach to church health with integrated measurements of the Great Commandment (loving God), the 2nd Great Commandment (loving others), and the Great Commission (evangelism & discipleship). CHAT delivers a very balanced view of the strengths of the church as well as the areas that could use some attention. The new version of CHAT contains an upgrade module that allows you to add up to ten custom questions of your own. While you're gathering feedback from your church body on the benchmarks of church health, why not add a few specifics of your own at the click of a button? Find out what percentage of your congregation is currently in a small group, their comfort level with bringing an un-churched friend to church; propose new service times, etc. These are just a few examples. Get creative!
